Our adventure with Kombucheers begins in October 1st when we bottled our first batch of local raw living tea in our commercial kitchen. It was an interesting feeling to see all this wonderful nectar inside our little bottles and dressed with our gorgeous labels.
The beginning of it all. And like any beginning, it is just this: the starting point of such a long way to travel! But the first step is done.
Suddenly, I realized that I had a product and no place to sell it. So much learning going into the launch of a new product! Fascinating as it is, it is also a lot of work, uncertainties, anxiety, great ideas, not so great ones, cold calls, social media presence and so much thinking and planning.
The result is that we have two point of sales in this first month, Toniq and Rocky Mountain Bagel Co. As happy as we are to be in such great company, we do need more and we do need a full time dedication to make this work. So Helena will be stepping out of her role as office manager at RE/MAX in Canmore, where she was working the last three years, to dedicate all her time to Kombucheers. Let’s talk about a big second step!
But we are confident that this is the way to go. Our product is local and made the way it should be: Always raw, non-pasteurized, and full of probiotics that are good for you.
If you have a place you think should carry Kombucheers, please drop us a line and let us know… Cheers!
